Before you order

• The 3D image is a preview, not a photograph. Your bar is hand-assembled from real woven ribbon and metal devices, so shade, weave, stripe widths and device finish will vary slightly.
• Please check your design carefully. We make exactly what you confirm: ribbons, order, devices and backing. We don't check entitlement or order of wear.
• Made to order. Changes or cancellation are possible until production starts. After that we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
• If we get it wrong, we'll fix it. If your bar doesn't match your confirmed design, or is faulty, we'll remake it or refund you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
