• Non-refundable. Because digital items are made to your specification and delivered electronically, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads once the order is placed.
• Delivery. Your download link is sent to your order email (or the alternate email you provide). Please check the artwork carefully before you complete your purchase.
• Personal use. The artwork is supplied for your personal use. It remains subject to Rogaloff Militaria's copyright and may not be resold or redistributed.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for confirming the ribbons, badges and order shown in the preview are correct prior to checkout.

Physical decal orders are covered by our standard returns policy and are not affected by these digital-item terms.
